Carlsbad Municipal Building Renovation
Carlsbad, NM

A renovation of Territorial Style building originally designed by John Gaw Meem in 1951. The major design criteria was to preserve the building's architectural character.
1996

Carlsbad Municipal Library and Museum Renovation

Beams, columns, corbels and windows were replaced during this renovation. E.I.F.S., new lighting, doors, and roof were installed and restrooms were renovated to comply with A.D.A.
1997

Rennovation of the Children's Library including lowering of floor and ceiling, carpeting, and rennovating restrooms.
